Returns and Exchanges

All measurements are provided on the item descriptions. Please select the size that meets your measurements.

We offer a thirty (30) day return or exchange policy!

NO RESTOCKING FEES!

Please email us with the order number, purchaser name, a contact name/number/email and the reason for your return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF ORDERED DATE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDERED DATE. Any returned package postmarked after 30 days of the ordered date, will be returned back to the sender.

FOR REFUNDS, CUSTOMER WILL PAY THE POSTAGE TO SHIP THE ITEM/S BACK TO US.

FOR EXCHANGES, WE WILL PAY THE POSTAGE TO SHIP THE ITEM/S BACK TO US.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE ORDERED DATE.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLEARANCED ITEMS THAT ARE NOTED "FINAL SALE", INTIMATES, JEWELERIES, SOCKS, STATIONARIES, FACE MASKS, SKIN CARE, AND ACCESSORIES.

ALL CLOTHING MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, FREE OF SCENTS, FREE OF PET HAIR, AND FREE OF STAINS WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE PROTECTIVE SLIP ON SWIMWEARS.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED WITH STORE CREDIT.

For exchanges, customer will pay the difference if exchanging for a different item that is higher in price or we will give back the difference with store credit, if the item is a lower price.

Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for the package to return to us. Please allow three (3) business days for us to process the return or exchange. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for the package to arrive to you or for your refund.

 

 

ITEM IS DEFECTED?

We inspect and package all our items with love, but if there's anything wrong with your item/s, please contact us. Please allow us 24 hours to respond. If the item/s is defected, WE WILL OFFER TO PAY THE POSTAGE TO SEND IT BACK TO US. You will be able to exchange the defected item/s (if it is in stock) or you will be given a FULL REFUND on store credit. If you decide to exchange for the exact or another item, WE WILL SHIP IT TO YOU FOR FREE. If you choose to exchange for another item that costs more than your defected item, you will pay the difference. If the item you choose to exchange your defected item for costs less than your defected item/s, we will refund you the difference on store credit. Please allow three (3) business days for your refund or exchange.
